Today Microsoft has made available Expression Blend 2 for MSDN subscribers. It's just a bit difficult to find. :-) For those who want it, log into your MSDN subscription. Navigate away from the Download Home by clicking Home. You should be presented with the list of Top Downloads. There you'll find it:

I could not find Expression 2 in the Download Home for whatever reason. If you've got difficulties finding the files, here are direct links (you need to be authenticated for obvious reasons...):

Along with Blend and Web the 2.0 versions of Encoder, Media, Design and Studio are also ready for download on MSDN. I do not provide direct links, as Blend might very likely be the most important download for my blog's audience.

As you see the first Service Pack for Visual Studio 2008 has been releases. Be aware it is a BETA release and it currently BREAKS Silverlight 2 tooling (which is in beta, too).
